Landscape Crew Leader
Carolina Landscape is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual with at least three years of experience in the landscape installation/construction field. Sought after candidates will have:
- Low – Country plant material knowledge (Zones 8-10)
- Interpreting and creating weekly schedules
- Interpreting and communicating daily time cards to laborers and reporting back to Project Managers
- Ability to read plans and construction details
- Field skills to include: Plant installation, irrigation/lighting installation and trouble-shooting,
- Grading and shooting elevations with laser, mulch, edging, etc.
- Ability to understand and implement basic masonry skills: brick flatwork (both dry-laid and mortar joints), pavers, bluestone, etc.
- Operate and maintain bob-cat, mini excavator and trencher
- Truck & trailer driving
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and clearly
- Represent themselves and Carolina Landscape professionally
The crew leader will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 while executing installation projects for high-end residential clients. Additionally they will be the front line representative for Carolina Landscape with existing and perspective clients.

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
Carolina Landscape is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual with at least three years of experience in the landscape maintenance field. Duties to include:
- Truck & trailer driving
- Low – Country plant material knowledge (Zones 8-10)
- Standard maintenance of machines and vehicles
- Irrigation and lighting system troubleshooting (preferred)
- Clean driving record and license
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically and clearly
- Represent themselves and Carolina Landscape professionally
The crew leader will be responsible for executing the daily and weekly maintenance routes for high-end residential clients. Additionally they will be the front line representative for Carolina Landscape with existing and perspective clients.
